RICHMOND, VIRGINIA!
WE WANT YOUR KRAMPUS ART!

The RVA Krampusnacht “Yuletide Monsters” 2019 Krampus themed art show will once again be returning to Gallery5 this year on First Friday Dec. 6th (the night before the walk)!
Interested in having some Krampus-related creativity in the show?
Do you know someone who would be interested in having something in the show?
We are taking submissions from local Richmond artists!
We're looking for Krampus (and related characters) inspired artwork, masks and costumes (can be returned at the end of the night if you are using them for the walk), cards, banners, flags, photography, etc...it's all fair game for consideration.
This year we have a new Gallery5 visual art area downstairs and a brand new look!
So with the exception of masks, we're giving priority to fresh Krampus works that have not been show in a 'Yuletide Monsters' art show before!
Please email us any submissions and ideas at rvakrampus@gmail.com by SATURDAY NOVEMBER 16th with
"2019 KRAMPUS ART SHOW SUBMISSION" as the email subject!
Even if you haven't made a Krampus piece yet, you can submit examples of your other work for us to check out!
Thank you all!
SUBMISSIONS CLOSE ON SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 16th!

Welcome to the official web page of RVA Krampusnacht, your information source for Krampus activities here in the River City! We represent a cross section of people from all beliefs and backgrounds that join together in early December to celebrate a unique and frequently misunderstood character from Alpine Christmas tradition  the Krampus!

RVA Krampusnacht is proud to participate in a toy drive for Scares That Care, a 501(c) charity organization that is dedicated to uniting horror fans to help sick children and women fighting breast cancer.

Along with Scares That Care we are proud to partner with Red Vein Army for our toy drive and other spooky events. Look them up for their horror book club and the Red Vein Haunted House running every Friday and Saturday night in October at the Hanover Vegetable Farm!

Krampusnacht draws near! The word is spreading:

Krampus is hitting the mainstream! One of our photos by Dave Parrish was used in this article on dangerousminds.net.
See what Style Weekly has to say about our event.
We have also been featured in RVA Magazine and RVA News!

Check out the first year's madness...
